For many of us time is money. I can save you a great deal of the first and possibly the second.

When conducting a search yourself you would typically register with local estate agents. I've often heard the complaint that "they keep sending me details which don't match my requirements". That's because you are not their client. The seller is. As your personal home finder I filter all that out and will approach as many estate agents as necessary to maximise access to available properties in a chosen area.

Once the search is underway I get to hear of newly available properties as soon as an instruction is received and am, of course, available to view these at very short notice prior to them appearing on the open market. Even in a slower market, like the one we have now, it is valuable to have the earliest information possible.

My negotiating experience has taken place in all market environments from boom to crash - and everything in the middle. You could well find that useful.

The Search

Having thoroughly screened such properties as meet the criteria, a shortlist is created ready for viewings which then take place as convenient.
