My Background
From the mid 1980's I have been engaged with London property as an owner, seller, tenant, landlord and search agent for buyers and renters. I've also moved my family internationally across continents.
The transactions I've dealt with range from first time purchase to helping to acquire multi million pound assets in prime London. I find renters what they require, at times with very short notice. I operate out of the West Kensington / Kensington area and am very well placed for conducting searches across a broad area of London including Notting Hill, Holland Park, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and central London,
Many of us have had the experience that looking for property can be very time consuming and often stressful. I'm here to take the bulk of that load off your shoulders by dedicating my time to finding what you want.
London's market has changed markedly in the last three years and I expect it will continue it's adjustment from the peak for a while yet. Political and economic uncertainty is likely to see to that.
While trying to navigate your way through this environment you could find it very valuable to have an ally whose experience covers the peaks and troughs of the property market over more than three decades.
