Fees
Fees may vary. These are my guidelines.
Buyers : Not to exceed 0.75 % of purchase price or 10% of discount from asking price - whichever is the greater.
Retainer : £300 (3 months).
Renters ; 4 weeks rent.
Retainer : £200 (8 weeks).
Regulatory and Compliance
AG PropertySearch is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, to which you would have recourse should you require it, and is registered with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for anti-money laundering supervision.
Privacy
Your privacy will, at all times, be treated with the utmost respect. Your information will not be made available to any third parties unless required by regulatory or legal authorities.
